Customers' Requirements
(1) Establish a new 8900kVA + 2850KVA power system, including the power supply approved scheme, approval process, external network construction, cable laying, ring main units and infrastructure installation, the appropriate municipal gardens and green recovery procedures, providing a design qualification units issued examination of the electricity sector by the relevant construction drawings;
(2) We have installed 14 sets of high-voltage switchgears, 1 DC cabinet, 57 low-voltage switchgears, 6 transformers, busbar bridges and cable bridges, as well as external network high-voltage armored cables, 10kV ring main station.
(3) Basic manufacture of equipment, grounding of switching room, installation, cable wiring and commissioning of lighting facilities. equipment installation and commissioning, engineering and outside the network test and acceptance, value calculation related equipment, laboratory and acceptance, the whole project acceptance by the electricity sector power supply, taking into account all bidders with the other expenses, as well as engineering and maintenance during the distribution room of high-voltage pen use, insulated gloves, insulated boots, protective helmets, high and low voltage shake table, electroscope, accident lamp, insulated rod, block mouse plate, pour brake rule, wall siding system, etc. the project is a turnkey project.

Switchgear is consists of major fixed and removable components. According to the function of electrical equipment cabinet, it can be divided into four different units: bus chamber, breaker chamber, cable chamber, low pressure chamber; in the circuit breaker chamber, busbar chamber and cable chamber, the upper has a separate pressure relief devices, when an internal electric arc occurred, the switchgear internal pressure will increase, the top mounted pressure relief metal plate will be automatically opened to release the pressure and excretion gas which will ensure operator safety and switchgear.
Ø GCS Drawer Low-voltage Switchgear
Switchgear structure should ensure staff safety, and ease of operation, maintenance, inspection, monitoring, inspection and testing.
According to the modular design, the switch cabinet should be work smoothly and in beautiful shape, cold-rolled steel panels using an electrostatic spray. Shelves and panels should have sufficient mechanical strength and stiffness, should be able to withstand the mechanical and thermal stresses when the installed components and the resulting short circuit, over current 1600A, cabinet so that A, B, C, N bus cannot be in the same closed when the interval mounting beam and a mounting plate 304 stainless steel. And should consider to prevent constituted sufficient to cause a large eddy current loss of the magnetic path, not because of the hoisting equipment, transportation and other conditions affecting the performance of the device.
Ø 10kV RMU Station
(1) Operation place: Outdoor(the user should provide civil foundation).
(2) Casing protection level: IP33; Casing should be located sufficient natural ventilation and cooling measures to ensure that under normal conditions, the temperature rise of all equipment does not exceed the predetermined value.
(3) Casing material: 304 SUS, Electrostatic spraying anti-corrosion treatment.
Case should have reliable sealing performance, anti-small animals from entering and prevent leakage of rainwater measures.
(4) Power supply plan: 2 incoming resources and 4 outgoing ones, SM6 ring main unit with electric operating mechanism, the line baying PT; reserve RTU installation location.

In program design, our company according to customer needs and specific circumstances has built a sound distribution system.
